Being on tour has benefits and since SaulPaul had a performance in Atlanta, he spent the next day in town to take part in The Recording Academy’s – Atlanta Chapter – 50th Year Anniversary Celebration.

While on his We Dream in 3D Tour inspiring audiences with his new, remixed album, SaulPaul met with fellow Recording Academy members as well as members of the Georgia Music Partnership organization. It was an awesome opportunity to meet with musicians and music industry peers.

About the Atlanta Grammy Chapter

Started in 1967, the Atlanta Chapter of the Recording Academy was to foster the thriving R&B community. Gladys Knight, James Brown, Little Richard, and Otis Redding began the creative foundation. Today, there is more then just R&B as part of Atlanta’s music community. Artists like Usher, Zac Brown Band, Dallas Austin, Janelle Mondae, Outkast and Sugarland are a part of the hip hop, CCM, country, pop and rock that feed the city’s music.
